Negligent bunion operations
Mrs T underwent 2 bunion operations, both of which were unsuccessful and were done negligently by the surgeon involved.
Although a further operation to fuse the bones was successful in reducing her pain, she was left with a permanent deformity of here big and second toe.

Damaged skin
Our client received compensation after repeatedly being prescribed steroid cream which damaged his skin.
Mr N, has suffered for a number of years with a severe case of skin psoriasis and had been prescribed large amounts of steroid cream medication. Unfortunately this cream actually made his condition worse resulting in scarring to the skin which will never heal.
