Kidney stone left behind
Our client was awarded compensation after having an unnecessary second operation due to the negligence of the surgical team.
Mr T was a client of Yes Personal Injury who had had surgery for the removal of kidney stones which should have been a quite straightforward procedure. Regrettably a large stone was left behind so Mr T had to have a further operation which should not have been needed. Our client was awarded £4,500 in compensation.
